These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Archive Map website and app. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Archive Map Pro is a one-time purchase (currently €9.99) that unlocks lifetime access to the full map. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring billing, no renewals, and no city-by-city purchases. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Pro access is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

Content on The Archive Map, including maps, listings, and text, is provided for informational purposes only. We do our best to keep information accurate but do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, scraping data at scale, or submitting false or misleading information.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
